RORR hosting Lori Drake – Candidate for Yavapai County Supervisor

Event Details

Republicans of the Red Rocks is excited to host

Lori Drake – Yavapai County Supervisor Candidate

Lori is a 4th generation Verde valley resident, born and raised in Cottonwood. Her parents John & Susanne Verretto raised her and two sisters while they built two small businesses, one of which is still open today. It is from her family that she learned how important it is to have a strong work ethic and support the community.

Lori and her husband have been married over 30 years and raised 2 amazing girls.

She started as a volunteer at the elementary school where the girls were students. As they grew older her focus turned to attending Mingus Board meetings in order that she might gain a better understanding of how to navigate their education.  She has been an elected Mingus Union High School Board member since January of 2016.  During this time, she has dedicated herself to learning as much as possible about public education and advocating for her constituency.  She attended extensive school board member training as well as school business officials training, so as to build an understanding of internal processes of public-school administration.

Lori’s candidacy for District 3 Supervisor is not based upon a single issue rather working as part of a team to ensure the quality of life in rural Arizona. It is important to continue working on the Yavapai County comprehensive plan while bringing a conservative voice to District 3.
